This interventionist artwork was commissioned by the Liberty, Security and Justice Program at Transylvania University.



Members of the campus community could participate in several ways;

a) recording "stalker" phone messages which were processed through voice modification software and played back at whispering stations around campus, b) voting for a "favorite stalker" based on the recorded messages c) competing for a competitve stalker cash prize during "Stalker Week" d) attending a panel discussion designed to bring resolution to the project
