I shared my childhood bedroom with an older brother. Frequently, arguments would end with the creation of our own, private spaces by drawing imaginary lines around the room. The decisions about where these lines would be located were the most pure form of collaboration and compromise.

This life-size room is constructed within the gallery. Handmade hatchets divide the room, and replace the masking tape that I preferred as a child.
